OVERVIEW:
The Client Care Specialist is a critical role in our Group Sales area – ensuring the customer experience is positive and in keeping with the reputation our brand has established and to provide support for Group Sales Representatives in pursuing new business opportunities while focusing on the service and retention of existing group client business.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provides ongoing client services to the Group Sales Representative’s book of business including assisting in account enrollments, plan revisions and policy renewals.
- Ensures prompt follow-up to all requested service.
- Set priorities, plan and coordinate work activities to complete work efficiently and obtain and manage resources so that work objectives are accomplished on time and within budget.
- Be timely in identifies problems, recognize the causes, and identify potential solutions.
- Performs telephone, in-person and online service calls or visits to assigned accounts.
- Provides benefits and administrative proposals and/or presentations to existing and prospective clients, looking for opportunities to add new lines of benefits.
- Provides back up support for Sales Representatives as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
- Professionalism and excellence in sales ability and presentation skills.
- Solid ability to present relevant and appropriate information in one-on-one and group situations.
- Ability to understand the perspective and requirements of the customer, both internal and external, including providing an exceptional customer experience by anticipating current and future needs of the customer.
- Respond to questions and advising peers and supervisors professionally and accurately.
- Solid ability to multitask.
- Must have the ability to understand complex situations or information, analyze facts, or recognize trends to identify effective and practical ways to handle the situation or information.
- Must have strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally, in one-on-one or small group settings.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by strong relationship building skills coupled with excellent customer service aptitude.
